The Confluence Project, where people try to
navigate by GPS to 1-degree intersections of latitude and longitude, has posted
our recent visit to Canadian Four Corners at the the following URL:
Personally, I don't find the "confluence" project
very interesting. The location of the "confluences" depends entirely on
the datum you are using and there is generally no special significance to the
point. I submitted my point because it falls at (or near, depending on
datum) N60 W102 and I could show the monument. Most of the photos on this
site show woods, fields, water, etc. They actually prefer photos with no
people in them - something about creating a mosaic.
