Hertslet, "Map of Europe by Treaty", 1875, 3vols, Butterworths, London. In
volume 2, Treaty 197 (pp1034-5) is a Treaty Between Austria and Bavaria
respecting the Boundary of Tyrol and Vorarlberg. Signed at Munich 30 January
1844.

Hertslet unfortunatley only includes a table of titles of the articles in
the treaty, and an English translation of the Preamble. He does not include
the articles themselves.

Articles 15&16 are titled "Austria to retain the sovereignty of part of the
district of Jungholz".

Can someone in Europe dig up a copy of this treaty, and post the German (and
preferably Englsh translation!) of the text of these two articles?

Articles 30-40 covered "marking the new line; periodical inspections of
Boundary, etc." That could be useful too.

Thanks!

BW
