volume 2, Treaty 197 (pp1034-5) is a Treaty Between Austria and Bavaria <br/>
respecting the Boundary of Tyrol and Vorarlberg. Signed at Munich 30 January <br/>
1844.<br/>

Hertslet unfortunatley only includes a table of titles of the articles in <br/>
the treaty, and an English translation of the Preamble. He does not include <br/>
the articles themselves.<br/>

Articles 15&16 are titled &quot;Austria to retain the sovereignty of part of the <br/>
district of Jungholz&quot;.<br/>
<br/>
Can someone in Europe dig up a copy of this treaty, and post the German (and <br/>
preferably Englsh translation!) of the text of these two articles?<br/>

Articles 30-40 covered &quot;marking the new line; periodical inspections of <br/>
Boundary, etc.&quot; That could be useful too.<br/>
