of which you probably know or can guess the 6 constituents<br/>

then the point of all this becomes that if the prospective african qp<br/>
bwnazmzw never materializes  &or fragments into 2 tps<br/>
as seems likely<br/>
then it again leaves the world without a single megapoint & hence no maxipoint<br/>
an eventuality which in fact seems to be the case already<br/>

to put it another way<br/>
the membership of the world class or primary level or set of multipoints<br/>
leads any question of preeminence into a complete standoff by presenting<br/>
nothing but ordinary 3legged tps<br/>
all coequal & without a single qp or megapoint of any other kind among them<br/>

& the secondary level or set<br/>
or what might be considered the arena of next resort<br/>
dominated in this case by the many subdivisional qps already mentioned<br/>
appears to renew or reiterate the earlier standoff<br/>
tho in this case it is not among candidate tps but rather the various qps<br/>
all technically equivalent whether american canadian mauritanian albanian<br/>
or whatever<br/>

so it appears the seeker of a maxipoint is ultimately forced to bypass both<br/>
the first & the second level & to condescend for success all the way to the<br/>

before one can hope to designate a clear worldwide winner or even nominate<br/>

it does very much appear that the global maxipoint may prove to be none<br/>
