this is evidently another one that remains in dispute
but between croatia & slovenia in this case
nor have i turned up any hard data on either version

moreover the rivers seem quite fickle here just to add
to the difficulty

the position at the present confluence of the lendva
with the mura is shown by michelin but youll have to
zoom in there yourself to see it
http://www.viamichelin.com/viamichelin/gbr/dyn/controller/mapHomePage
likewise encarta
http://encarta.msn.com/encnet/features/mapcenter/map.aspx?TextLatitude=46.45961683780112&TextLongitude=16.652759157622995&TextAltitude=10&TextSelectedEntity=22359&SearchEnc=false&MapStyle=Comprehensive&MapSize=Large&MapStyleSelectedIndex=0&searchTextMap=muraszemenye&MapStylesList=Comprehensive&ZoomOnMapClickCheck=on&ResultsListbox=46.7224178665654%3B15.8728934706988%3B7%3B22359%3BMura+River+%5BMur%5D+%28river%29%2C+Europe%3BLarge%3BComprehensive
& likewise this fun hungarian zoomable
http://lazarus.elte.hu/moterkep/mb.htm

but routenet shows the tripoint on the mura above the
confluence
http://www.routenet.nl/map.asp#
& this slovenian zoomable
which is the most detailed & interesting of all
seems to agree
http://www.bioportal.si/index.php#

& oddly enough
this slovenian position is quite conservative from a
slovenian point of view
& not at all pushy or grabby as it were

so it is this position that the attached tripoint
stretching diagram has fastened upon & is entirely
based on
while there is also good reason to place the tripoint
where the pushpin indicates
or as far down the mura as the lendva confluence

& only time if anything will tell which is correct
