<p><font face="verdana">Bill Hanrahan founded BoundaryPoint on June 7, 2000.&nbsp; He has been the group owner since.&nbsp; On Friday, he asked me to assume ownership and management of the group.&nbsp; I agreed.&nbsp; The change was made yesterday afternoon.&nbsp; Bill remains a member.</font></p>
<p><font face="verdana">I am a long-time member.&nbsp; I am very familiar with the group.&nbsp; I choose to&nbsp;remain anonymous to separate personality from management.</font></p>
<p><font face="verdana">Please be reassured.&nbsp; There will be no major changes.&nbsp; There will be a few minor changes.</font></p>
