Even though I believe the tp is the summit I have not placed the pin at the summit according to GE, as I believe GE got the terrain wrong.

Compare the light clearing along ITSI with Rolf's photo at http://www.vasa.abo.fi/users/rpalmber/SAI2.jpg.

I placed the pin according to the memory and the clearings.

the well known tripoint marker at least looks like it
may stand upon the exact summit point of mt forno
http://www.vasa. abo.fi/users/ rpalmber/ SAI8.jpg
& the best available maps also appear to agree that
the tripoint is at the summit

so for lack of anything better in the moment
i again searched topographically at google earth for
this unique spot
& soon came up with the attached tripoint stretching
diagram

& would again like to be corrected about this by
jesper if necessary
or anyone else who knows the true situation first hand
for i am again just guessing either google earth has
again somehow thrown the pushpin off kilter a little
or else the position it marks was also just a first guess
