judging from the differences in color of the rivers
iguacu & parana
as seen on the google earth satpic
i believe the arbrpy tripoint at their thalweg
junction should fall pretty much where google earth
indicates it to be
for a pleasant change
if not very slightly downriver from there & bit closer
to left bank than the right
but my disagreement with google if any is not so great
nor so certain as to warrant a tripoint stretching
diagram in this case
in the case of arbruy however
brazil & uruguay themselves are in disagreement
the borderbase pushpin impeccably marks the brazilian
version of that tripoint
as can be seen or rather visualized here
http://www.info.lncc.br/wrmkkk/uilhabb.jpg
so
just to complete the story & picture there
the attached pic stretches the google version of
arbruy into my fairly confident guess at the uruguayan
version of it
in the curious view of google earth
ilha brasileira looks like the divided island of
someones dreams
but all that is really divided here is the opinion as
to who fully owns it
or in other words just another hans or seal island but
to a samba beat
also
i would agree that getting our brewy in before our
burpy
as the preset borderbase itinerary does
rather than following it
does obviously make more sense even tho paraguay
precedes uruguay alphabetically
