is highly subject to improvement<br/>
since it is dependent on exactly where the mlmr<br/>
convergent riding the nominal 25th parallel eastward<br/>
actually does strike the original 1909 continuous<br/>
diagonal geodesic line segment that carries both the<br/>
dzml & dzmr convergents today<br/>

& this intersectional trijunction point is subject to<br/>
a much finer reading than our presently estimated<br/>
value<br/>

but the difficulty of the situation<br/>
or rather i should say the present impossibility<br/>
is that neither of the longitudes of the terminal<br/>
points of this geodesic segment<br/>
namely that of dzehmr to the northwest<br/>
& of its dzml counterpoint to the southeast<br/>
along the road between bordj le prieur & tessalit<br/>
is specified anywhere any more accurately than dzmlmr<br/>
is<br/>

for in each case <br/>
per ibs<br/>
the value is officially rounded off to the nearest 10<br/>
whole minutes<br/>
