the reason ultimately given was that the eebc
trymaster
sir elihu lauterpacht
was indisposed
& the meeting was quietly rescheduled to may 17
or day after tomorrow
& it still appears to be on
a problem however is that the unmee mandate
which didnt anticipate this postponement from last
month
ends abruptly today
oops
& i cant see how they will all get themselves
restarted & untangled
other than spacing it out some more
& just patching things together later if necessary &
still possible
by fiat
