administrative purposes into 14 &quot;statoids&quot;...&quot;regions&quot; etc.I have the <br/>
names of the &quot;statoids&quot;...now I presume that all such administrative <br/>
units have a &quot;capital&quot;  but I can not seem to find the ones for <br/>
Crimea.                                                                 <br/>

        ** (the city of Sevastopol, while within the boundaries of <br/>
