Montenegro won&#39;t be MO, which is assigned to the Macao Special Administrative <br/>
Region of the People&#39;s Republic of China.<br/>

CS is assigned to Serbia and Montenegro (&quot;Srbija i Crna Gora&quot; in Serbian).  One <br/>
presumes that the letter C refers to Crna Gora.  (They couldn&#39;t have SC because <br/>
it belongs to Seychelles.)  If/when Montenegro gets a new code, Serbia might <br/>
want a new one without the C.  Montenegro can&#39;t have CG, which belongs to the <br/>
Republic of the Congo (Brazzaville).<br/>
