<div id="ygrps-yiv-2094987185">Being relatively new to this world of tripointing I will bag my first 3 <br/>
tripoints this year. The first two will be achieved in May when I will be in <br/>
Riga and can travel to the latvian borders with estonia/belorussia and <br/>
belorussia/russia. I am excited by this - although its old hat for you more <br/>
experienced ones. My query is in the triport area what encroachment onto <br/>
adjacent states is allowed - especially in the case of the EU/non EU <br/>
countries that require visa entry for EU passport holders. I have no idea.<br/>
