That's it!

Notice how monument 107 on page 17 is much larger and of different design than
the standard GTMX monuments. From the two photos, we can say that it has
plaques on two adjacent sides (probably three) and lacks any on one side. That
would be consistent with the tripoint. Altogether, this is a fascinating
document.
