whew
& it may still be a little early to say for sure
but

it is now looking like georgia & the carolinas & beyond have dodged a bullet
http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/refresh/graphics_at2+shtml/144547.shtml?3day
& will indeed go completely unscathed for the current maritime eleemosynary territorial
legislative review session
so figure latxus lamsus almsus & alflus to promote seaward all right as you suggest
along with east coast florida if i may add that friendly amendment
but only as far as & not actually including the promotion of flgaus

& thus in fact holding the line of the tripoint promotions per se very effectively alongside
the former florabama bar

& therefore i presume
charitably effectively resurgent florabama bar

cum resurgent alfl state line mullet toss

but at full 3 league range now scarcely revisitable from shore

as well as the wrong direction to address the mullet in anyway

so i think the main outstanding question remains
how will texas & gulf coast florida
& puerto rico too lets imagine
be compensated for getting none of this maritime territorial disaster relief at all

& then too of course
wont that make all the other coastal states want to have disasters too as soon as possible

hmm
so better count on compensating them for that
& sooner than later so as not to wish them to have to undergo any misfortune
clear to maine & alaska & the virgin islands respectively i would think

so figure actually 16 additional tripoint promotions besides your 4
all legislatively compressed & accelerated as disaster protection insurance relief

& too
we must anticipate a separate backlash from the landlocked

but perhaps they will be satisfied with mineral rights
since its mostly just earthquakes there anyway
& so presumably no tripoint promotions would result in that case
