true an extremum is not a natural bp point but i agree it & extrema in general are nice

& as recently observed
this village could easily become an authentic albeit synthetic bp multipoint
when combined with say the full news tour of the 2 longitudinally & 2 latitudinally
extremest villages & or communes of europe
whichever you say & however you may also define that
to thus produce & indeed create & make an original 5star extremity multipoint

an taste of where we have taken this in the past
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/BoundaryPoint/message/5163
but collecting living villages rather than merely points would represent a new high water
mark of synthesis

interest, this one has just come to my attention: the highest village in Europe is Saint-
Véran ("Commune des Hautes-Alpes, dans le Queyras, France, entre 1.900 et 2.040
mètres d´altitude"). Roger.
