This is not a Boundary Point point, but as I think
geographical extrema are also of interest, this one has just come to my
attention: the highest village in Europe is Saint-Véran ("Commune des
Hautes-Alpes, dans le Queyras, France, entre 1.900 et 2.040 mètres
d´altitude"). Roger.
