well i figured that might have gone without saying
but was just wondering if the thalweg was specified in the treaty
& or by this letter choice
insofar as this part of the sava at least looks like a fairly navigable river

&
have now figured out that the indicated pointer markers 883 & 907 must also be direct
cshr markers
with cs to their east & hr to their west
& thus that ba is alone on the south or right side of the river
notwithstanding the order of the country names in the accompanying caption

so the trifinial diagram is an upside down tee more or less
reading hr & cs over ba

& thus
curiously
the tributary stream mouth appears to determine the tripoint position
yet without actually carrying any of the boundaries itself
