it may well be correct or incorrect jim
but the projected route of the trail that is mentioned here is in any case purely fantastic
& not clearly delineated anyway

the actual iron curtain
as it was originally described by churchill anyway
descended across the continent
from stettin aka szczecin in the baltic to trieste in the adriatic

of course he himself was wrong about stettin
which is in poland & was several hundred km east of the true iron curtain
even as he was inventing the term
but that is not necessarily any reason to doubt him about trieste

anyway the bit here about following the danube down to the black sea is totally bogus

& even michaels original article
oops
no longer attached
was referring not to the real iron curtain but only to the ussr czechoslovak border
so forget about huskua

the true iron curtain passed
i believe
only thru the present finoru atczde atczsk athusk athusi & atitsi tricountry points

6 in all

& i dont know but that some folks might want to add algrmk bggrmk & bggrtr to these
making 9
or even to continue with another dozen or so from the black sea to southeast asia
incorporating the extension of this great divide that was usually called the bamboo curtain
too

but i think the best answer to the question you didnt really ask is probably only the 6 or 9
tripoints i have enumerated
