<div>&amp; finding&nbsp;the internet&nbsp;was certainly&nbsp;impossible&nbsp;today&nbsp;at grand isle on lake champlain</div>
<div>where&nbsp;my friend daniel &amp; i&nbsp;are&nbsp;staying</div>
<div>as well as&nbsp;at both neighboring villages of north &amp; south hero respectively</div>
<div>notwithstanding our heroic efforts</div>
<div>because they&nbsp;are all 3 of them&nbsp;in a row&nbsp;closed tight on fridays</div>
<div>or at least their libraries are</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>hence winooski public library</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>but the point of the report is</div>
<div>first off</div>
<div>we&nbsp;tried hapiri of the berkshires again yesterday without success</div>
<div>tho the water level of the pond had fallen an additional foot since the previous try</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>&amp; because it had grown so mucky &amp; scummy too</div>
<div>i&nbsp;was &amp; am&nbsp;left with no better option than to wait &amp; hope for the drought to continue</div>
<div>&amp; finally expose the marker to view on my next return visit</div>
<div>perhaps later this month</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>not sure what or when&nbsp;the&nbsp;follow on&nbsp;try will be in the meantime</div>

<div>probably somewhere around here in northwest vermont &amp; soon</div>
<div>tho hopefully not too close to caus</div>

<div>in fact i am already within the extended border patrol&nbsp;area so i better keep an eye out</div>

<div>but&nbsp;far better&nbsp;</div>
<div>because&nbsp;lurking practically under my pillow in this beautiful location</div>
<div>it has just come to my attention that daniels ancestral estate here on grand isle actually consists of 3 separate contiguous properties </div>

<div>of which we have just found the deed </div>
<div>with metes &amp; bounds</div>
<div>tho not yet the map</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>&amp; are presently&nbsp;making preparations to seek&nbsp;his ancestral&nbsp;tripoint </div>
<div>if there is one</div>
<div>which we still arent sure of</div>
<div>but of which he has&nbsp;actually just&nbsp;inherited a half share </div>
<div>if any</div>
