Yes, guano. Slippery: Yes, but only when wet. We had dry conditions - lucky as we were. (In winter and in bad weather in general waves bang at the west face and soar up to twice the height of the granite rock; then everything gets washed away, including birds, nests, climbers.)
Potty: This is the base of a former (Greenpeace) solar energy device, and today a very welcome resting seat for individual tired climbers who celebrate their lonely victory. There is only space for 1 at a time on the summit.
