begin to publicly advocate deliberately breaking off &<br/>

territorial integrity<br/>
in the case of failed states <br/>
& other problem areas<br/>

so i do think an independence & tripointing<br/>
proliferation may well be imminent<br/>
<br/>
but it is still just so hard to foresee who is going<br/>
to be the first winner<br/>
or at what speed things might move<br/>

could it begin happening this year<br/>
<br/>
well maybe thats rushing things a bit<br/>
<br/>

but more to the point<br/>
something else will probably happen first by complete<br/>
surprise<br/>

like maybe bolivia & somalia will more officially fall<br/>
apart any day now <br/>
