hahaha yes reasonable but only a reasonably political basis rather than a reasonably
geographical basis
as you promote & imply if not claim for them
for they in fact only provide political definitions of these supposedly geographical
distinctions
& not the geographical definitions you suppose they & you are lending here

for example there doesnt appear to be any member in 2 regions or subregions
which of course would be a geographical absurdity
in view of the size & diversity of some of them
