Serranilla Bank:
Colombia has not directly claimed Serranilla Bank but
is on record as considering the bank a part of the
Providence Archipelago in the intendency of San Andres
y Providencia. Honduras may have asserted its own
claim over Serranilla as well. The U.S. asserts
sovereignty over West Breaker, Middle Cay, East Cay
and Beacon Cay in particular. If the United States
claim is valid, then the Bank would be considered an
unorganized, unincorporated United States territory.

Bajo Nuevo Bank:
Bajo Nuevo Bank, also called the Petrel Islands, is
located in the western Caribbean Sea. Bajo Nuevo is
the subject of conflicting claims on the part of the
United States and Jamaica. The claim of the United
States derives from the Guano Islands Act and
specifically refers to the Low Cay. Bajo Nuevo is 26
kilometers long and 9 kilometers wide. If the United
States claim is valid, then the Bank would be
considered an unorganized, unincorporated United
States territory.

tho i dont know what to believe
4 bajo nuevo bank aka petrel island or islands
&
5 serranilla bank
naming in both cases jamaica nicaragua columbia &
honduras
at least somewhat
which if true is staggeringly fantastic news
since it elevates these banks to the level of louisa
reef & perhaps a very few other
individual spratleys that have so many as 5 claimants
each
& thus present at least a 3 way tie for most coveted
individual speck in the world
