i did learn that the heads of both navigation & the<br/>
estuary on this remarkable river are well above the<br/>
state line<br/>

actually at or near seaford delaware<br/>
<br/>
so there at least in the remote southwest corner of<br/>
delaware<br/>
near the very beginning of the mason dixon line<br/>
the penns did indeed win some chesapeake tidewater<br/>
<br/>
for whatever it may have been worth to them<br/>
<br/>
probably nothing<br/>
<br/>

& finally <br/>
back on mxus<br/>
with the several recent announcements <br/>
that the mexican government is now actively<br/>
encouraging & advocating the northward migration <br/>
& that mexican armed forces are in place near the<br/>
border assisting it<br/>
& that the united states is evidently powerless to<br/>
even slow it down<br/>
it now seems clear that not only the areas gained by<br/>
the usa from the mexicans & indians in the 19th<br/>
century <br/>
but much more if not practically all of the present<br/>
usa<br/>
is now being & will continue to be remexicanized <br/>
& to that extent reindianized too<br/>
