Our Kaliningrad friend Evgeny Vinokurov mentions this Suvorov monument in
Switzerland in his vast treatise on the theories of enclaves and exclaves at

While the logic of his last clause is lost on me, he obviously believes there is
something there. It is worth noting, however, that he discussed the Suvorov
monument under his topic "Jurisdictional enclaves" along with military bases,
embassies, and the Yugoslav royal birthing suite in Claridge's Hotel in London.
