There are still nationalist grievances bubbling away in some parts,
although there's no doubt that an generally improved economic situation and
granting of local autonomies (in many cases) has diminished the call to arms.

The current European borders are still far from perfect, and as the horrors
of WWII recede in the minds of current populations, there some once again
questioning the current status quo. These discussions are never heard at
national government level, but do exist even if the people doing so rarely
have any direct grievances.
