parties is acknowledging a dry tripoint &or a tricondo
on the island is of course far more significant than
if either of the other 2 governments had done so
since we know per ibs that the island was at least
formerly split more or less down the middle between
turkey & bulgaria only
so here we see bulgaria very effectively acknowledging
her cession to greece of
half of her half
of the island

for we know this greek part in what was formerly part
of the bulgarian part of the island was not in the
last known treaty

& something must have happened since then

or is this just it

a new de facto effectivity
with no other known basis or documentation than an old
soviet map & this dramatic new euro tripoint dance
choreography
in which bulgaria also somehow manages to keep greece
& turkey at arms length from each other
as they all appear to shake hands

fantastic

if governments dance together in public like this then
isnt that already de jure enough
&
what need would there really be for written treaties
