    b.  Photo of a group raising a Cabinda flag.<br/>
    c.  Photo of a QSL (amateur radio reception confirmation) card<br/>
from &quot;Neutral Zone 46.3e & 29.05n&quot; (which places it in northern Saudia<br/>
Arabia).  I wish I could have seen the stamsp on the back to see whose<br/>
post office served the &quot;town&quot; of 46.3e-29.05n.   So much for it being<br/>
an &quot;empty quarter&quot;.<br/>
