of course my rogue sawanabori will be artificial
& less than superficial
& indeed merely pontificial
in that it will only try to make every bridge
roughly 3 dozen in all
as a kind of token gesture
while following not exactly the river itself actually
but for convenience merely whatever river roads are available

so this wont be the natural & indeed ideal form of sawanabori
which would actually be totally superficial &or immersed

indeed only a salmon might be thorough & adaptible enough to do such
a true sawanabori of an entire river

& even a salmon has to jump out now & then
come to think of it
so true superficiality may be an impossible standard to meet

but in any case the most poignant thing i have noticed from my map
reading is that there is a good stretch of about 20 miles of the
rogue where it is designated wild & scenic & is followed not by any
road but only a foot trail

i may try to peek in from the ends here & also to hit the one point
of road access within this sector
at a place called marial
but may otherwise leave this entire wildest stretch virgin for a
future continuation or generation

but it is presumably the cream of the cream of the whole river

& as a fairly easily & enjoyably fillable gap
it could present the greatest moment of truth for the entire
miniexpedition
which is already dedicated to the most golden probability
hmmm

long range weather forecast seems to favor a liftoff from gold beach
late this weekend or early next week

there is an interesting looking tricounty point on the way
cudojo aka curry douglas josephine
which also seems to be at or near a springs

i know
i know
aquila non captat muscas
but would love to drink a tripoint spring

most of the river is out of internet range in any case tho
so dont expect too many interim reports

still no rostah mon in sight here
but i have revisited his place
where my rostah cay signpost still stands
