Many national radio services operate transmitters on foreign soil in order to better cover the world.  None of this implies enclaves or extraterritoriality.  VOA/RFE/RL have them in the UK and several parts of Europe.  The BBC has them in many countries.  The BBC, VOA, Radio Canada International, Radio Nederland, etc. often exchange time on one another's transmitters in order to cover the world.  The various major missionary radio stations such as HCJB, Trans World Radio, Family Radio, etc. do the same, not only with one another, but also sometimes even with government broadcasters.

Hi,
does anyone know about better maps, that show the exclave/enclave of radio monte carlo close to Roumoules?
I add a scan, where one can see a mark of the "R.M.C."
