This is on French soil. RMC used to be the &quot;national&quot; radio of <br/>
Monaco, but nowadays it is privatised (MCR), the majority of the <br/>
shares being owned by the French state (through TDF). The only <br/>
Monegasque thing about RMC is that it is still officially based in <br/>
Monaco, and that it gets the frequencies that the ITU allots to <br/>
Monaco.<br/>
