The pages
http://www.gisvlaanderen.be/geo-vlaanderen/erfgoed/landschappen.html
of Flanders and
http://gis.provant.be/geoloket/site_topo/viewer.htm of
Antwerp has 1:10000 maps of the Baarle enclaves which
are more detailed than the military map, so it's worth
checking out. The boundaries are a little sketchy for
the very smallest enclaves though. There is also an
ortho site for Antwerp on my website along with those
two.
Going back to the Irish divided roads, I found two NI
sites. The boundary site
http://145.229.156.208/boundary/Default.asp and the
addressing site
http://www.pointer-ni.gov.uk/pointerportal/?Mainsec=addresses&Subsec=search_address&pMap=PUBLIC
has good maps, but I am not sure either solves the
question if the roads are divided.
By the way, for Jungholz,
http://www.bis.bayern.de/bis/index.html is a site that
is more user-friendly than the other Bayern site that
is on my link page.
