since both the canadian commissioner & deputy never heard of
nad27canada
& since nad27 unqualified is the same as nad27conus
i feel even more confident now that the datum used for the nad27
ibc coords was indeed nad27conus rather than nad27canada
& that our final estimate for true bcidwa of 18 inches due north of
the 1909 idwa disk center
plus or minus 6 inches
is not only as correct as can be
but is also not about to be improved upon any time soon
