Are you sure you can see the 1:25000 maps?

I tried with no luck with Gibraltar and the African fragments.

Actually, if you look in the catalog in the Spanish map site and download the program image web server, you can click on individual parts of a overview map that is not good. Thus you can fine 1:25000 maps of the tripoints that is better than any maps of Andorra tripoints in ICC. I am not sure if the site has orthophotos.
