http://www.theage.com.au/articles/2004/07/04/1088879362647.html?oneclick=true

is it true that the united nations has declared the
1989 auid timor gap treaty illegal
as the article says

if so
thats far more entertaining than just the fact that oz
has so narrowly eluded unclos law & icj jurisdiction

but possibly more entertaining still would be to learn
why portugal also never could agree with oz about this
matter
as the article also reveals

& whether the preexistence of the aupt standoff has or
would have any legal standing today

i mean
in view of the illegality of everything that has
happened ever since

thats right
shouldnt only the first imperial predator have any
effective legal standing
hahahaha

so much for sovereignty & the rule of law

nevertheless
given the several juicy details mentioned above
i still think the mouse would win in any court

but of course the trick will be in getting to any
court
