For the USPS position, go to http://www.usps.com/zip4/citytown.htm , enter the
zip code 96940, and click "Submit."

I think first-class mail would get there no matter how addressed if it had the
proper USPS zip code, but mail sent at bulk rates must conform to the acceptable
addressing standards.
