Sorry for my late reply. Yes I am back from Africa and I have
several pics from the alleged quadrapoint. Here are my brief
thoughts. Mind you all I could do was observe and not any detailed
analysis.

From what I saw, it is a real stretch to call it a quadrapoint.
There seems to be some distance between the NA bank and the ZW
point. Since as others have said, there is no marker between ZM and
ZW, it was difficult to determine the westernmost point of ZW. There
are power lines to the immediate east of the road leading to the
ferry crossing. I assume that they are within BW borders but this is
just conjecture. Later, looking southward from the river, I could
see that the east of the ferry landing the south bank was all covered
in reed and there were no markers nor man made objects of any kind.

The bridge is a good idea because the so called "ferry" is a sorry
contraption. It is a steel pontoon with two tractor engines on each
side. On the BW side, the ferry's drawbridge does not reach the
shore so passengers must hop over rocks to cross the gap, a very
difficult act with luggage. Most repeat travellers have their own
horror stories about the ferry.

I have developed the photos and I hope to have them in digital form
to share with you soon.
