character, Magnolia Ravenal, named her daughter Kim.  The name Kim was chosen as <br/>
an acronym for Kentucky-Illinois-Missouri, since the little girl was born on <br/>
the Show Boat on the Mississippi River in the vicinity of the trifinium.<br/>
