but it looks like the next regularly scheduled opening wont come <br/>

since the weekly military sectoral meetings do indeed appear to <br/>
be just the routine dmz tin soldiering previously surmised<br/>

for it now seems the optimism expressed at that time may have <br/>
been because this first military acknowledgment & axing of <br/>
axworthy actually destroys nothing while creating a back channel <br/>
thru which he & the mediation he represents might now <br/>
reemerge at any time no matter how permanently or how often <br/>
he is axed in the diplomatical channel<br/>

& this new channel will at least open once every couple of <br/>
months like clockwork until the political will that is needed for the <br/>
djeret try to begin again in earnest finally reaches critical mass<br/>
<br/>
& perhaps most importantly it gives everyone something to do & <br/>
hope for while marking time</div>
