according to this
http://www.uanews.tv/archives/rferl/ukraine/ua66a.htm
the commission was exactly on schedule there at mdrouan
& is expected to reemerge on the prut again next january
to place a presumably similar terminal marker at mdrouas

& even without seeing the agreement
it seems entirely probable that both of these markers will be
found on or just above the left bank of the river & in full view of the
tripoint in each case
no matter by what technical means mdro is delimited
nor by what route or device mdua is projected into the river from
these riparian terminal stones

so even tho you & we have never seen this tripoint
nor may even be able to exactly imagine it
nevertheless
it is quite likely that the man in your pic was photographed while
actually gazing across the river
& thus paying a class d visit & salute to the tripoint in its midst

& we can at least hope to do just as well at mdrouas in january
