UNPO (Unrepresented Nations and Peoples Organisation) <br/>
organizes over 50 nations which seek independence or increasing <br/>
autonomy. Bougainville in 10 years will organize independence <br/>
referendum, Tuwa was independent country before II WW. Some <br/>
countries declared independence, created government, police, but <br/>
weren&#39;t regarded by other countries and can not be UN members. <br/>

recognizing the world class tripoints<br/>
