owing to the chinese acceptance of or acquiescence in the
indian annexation of sikkim

& current cnin talks are expected to confirm this
per message 12865

our first try at this cninnpe tripoint
probably a class e or perhaps class d pic

in addition to the identification by the ibs of the cninnpw tripoint at
the watershed junction of the kali & tinkar & mapchu aka karnali
river systems

& there is a photo there
but probably class e

this tripoint is also likely to be confirmed by the current cnin talks
