I don't know, but in 1998, KPRU was demarcated except for a small
part (less than 100 m) between the first KPRU marker pair and CNKPRU,
which still needs to be defined (acc. to this report from 1998:
http://asiapacific.narod.ru/countries/koreas/border_regulation.htm ).
