I think I've got them all now, seven in total. On the following dates
(yyyymmdd) articles were published in the Rotterdam based national
newspaper 'Algemeen Dagblad' about the following municpalities:

20030714 - Bellingwedde (NL) - Rhede (DE)
20030721 - Dinxperlo (NL) - Süderwick (DE)
20030728 - Venlo (NL)
20030804 - Sittard (NL) - Selfkant (DE)
20030811 - Vaals (NL) - Aachen (DE)
20030818 - Hamont-Achel (BE)
20030825 - Baarle Nassau (NL) - Baarle Hertog (BE)

I've attached the articles as retrieved from the database. I've added
an extra I stumbled across, a transborder cycle trip (NL/BE):

20030726 - Slingerend over de landsgrenzen

Have fun! And, Dutch speakers on the list, don't feel inhibited from
translating and/or summarising.
