but it is looking like ukraine really has russia by the toe here
& russia has no real leverage for any ruua condominia of any sort
& someones earlier guess that vlad & leonid have conspired to
choreograph this whole charade is looking increasingly plausible
so tho they have together promised a resolution in 2 or 3 months
i rather doubt this will happen
nor that anything else will happen to further modify the new de
facto reality
at least until after elections
