with 2 favoring russia & 2 favoring ukraine<br/>

since the berkeley soviet map shows the old de facto border as <br/>
essentially a median line about 250 meters from tuzla<br/>
this article therefore places ruua 70m east of that depiction<br/>
& is supported by a recent article placing it 109m east<br/>
<br/>
but this pair is contradicted by another pair placing it 141m west & <br/>
more than 50m west respectively<br/>
<br/>
so on tiebreak & by averaging all 4 reports<br/>
russia looks like she may have gained 6 meters or more<br/>
<br/>
but there is no reason to trust any of these measurements<br/>
& even less to trust them all</div>
