states that the russian dike ends 320 meters from tuzla
& gives us our fourth opinion & measurement
with 2 favoring russia & 2 favoring ukraine

since the berkeley soviet map shows the old de facto border as
essentially a median line about 250 meters from tuzla
this article therefore places ruua 70m east of that depiction
& is supported by a recent article placing it 109m east

but this pair is contradicted by another pair placing it 141m west &
more than 50m west respectively

so on tiebreak & by averaging all 4 reports
russia looks like she may have gained 6 meters or more

but there is no reason to trust any of these measurements
& even less to trust them all
