geared to squeezing extra concessions wherever they can be had <br/>

india figured she could get a concession on sikkim in exchange for her <br/>
concession on tibet<br/>
& she probably will get it in the end<br/>
<br/>
but unless this old chinese web page is still up just as an oversight<br/>
it looks like china is still maintaining the full court press on india <br/>
as they prepare for new border talks <br/>
