It's the Pededze/Pedetsi at the factual tri-point, but according to
Estonian claims it would have to be the Kudepi/Kadupe. Latvia, too,
claims some territory now annexed to Russia: the Pytalovo region,
which for some odd reason the Latvians like to call Abrene, although
Pytalovo or Pietalava is a perfectly good Latvian name.
