but is in practice not so simple<br/>
& brings us at length to a crisis as well as an impasse<br/>

allocations as the usa<br/>

ausawa<br/>

& finally<br/>
because there really is a short tasmania victoria land boundary on a rock in <br/>
bass strait<br/>

that line must also be presumed to produce at least one extra pair of <br/>
maritime tripoints 3nm seaward of its ends<br/>

& possibly more if there are any other places where islands allocated to <br/>
these states by the seaward continuations of that same line fall within 6nm <br/>
of each other<br/>

or 3 times as many as are usually recognized<br/>

finally been acknowledged as a topological fact & taken into account in the <br/>
multipoint census of any given country<br/>
i am reminded that<br/>
altho the previously completed<br/>

af2 afghanistan<br/>
am2 armenia &<br/>
at2 austria<br/>
are landlocked & therefore not subject to any such maritime law review<br/>
nevertheless<br/>
the seas of the previously inventoried countries<br/>
ad2 uae<br/>
ag2 antigua barbuda<br/>
al2 albania<br/>
ao2 angola &<br/>
ar2 argentina<br/>
were never properly fathomed in this regard<br/>

& thus represent 5 new outstanding loose ends<br/>
or rather the only loose ends we have up to this point alphabetically<br/>
besides those simply requiring better maps to tie down<br/>
now that the andorra quadripoint has been so happily settled<br/>

& it is a bit of a crisis because my ignorance of these internal maritime <br/>
allocations is so great<br/>
indeed except for a very few places like oz & nafta<br/>

& the promised impasse has to do not with oz but the next country in the <br/>
sequence<br/>

the 11th & last country with an iso glyph beginning with the letter a<br/>
<br/>
but this play stoppage is only because i havent yet found a map or even a <br/>
comprehensive list of azerbaijans variously described & variously counted <br/>
maybe 60 or 70 major subdivisional parts<br/>
hahahaha<br/>

making it a real challenge just to complete the letter a<br/>
but we shall see<br/>
