Victor,if my assumption is correct, your attachment photo was
taken on US95. The CA-NV border runs at a 45 deg. angle and
the tri-point is about 18 miles southeast and probably well
out of the right side of the picture.

The best way to approach the AZ-CA-NV tri-point is via AZ
state route 95 across the river from Needles, CA. Go about 9
miles north on AZ95 then west 2.8 mi. on Aztec Rd across
Veteran's Bridge to the first crossroad in NV. It's only a
few hundred yards south on this gravel road to the CA line.
A little farther south there is an access to walk down to the
marker. Note that at the waters edge you will be at the lowest
point in Nevada. Continuing from this point out to mid-river
at the same angle as the CA-NV boundary is the tri-point.

This is not much out of the way if you are heading to Las
Vegas from the Needles area and you can stop at the Indian
casino very near the Veteran's bridge in NV, only a few
hundred yards north of the tri-point. Maybe you can win
enough to pay for the trip!

a trip to las vegas isn't complete without a try at a
tripoint. standing in california, looking into nevada,
and with arizona in the background (the green strip is
the colorado river and the developments are in az).
the tp is out there somewhere my friends!!
